邮驿是古代的一种信息交通形式。在中国,汉晋时期的邮驿体系已十分发达,而同一时期西方罗马帝国的邮驿体系也非常完善。本文试图把这一时期欧亚大陆两端大帝国的邮驿制度加以简单比较,从而分析出这两个相距遥远的大帝国的邮驿在其建立和分类、畜力使用、速度、管理等方面的相似之处及各自特色。

Ancient currier system was one form of the communications. In China, Han-Jin dynasty had advanced currier system, the same as the period of Roman Empire. The article deals with the comparison of currier systems between China and Roman Empire. After comparing the foundation and the catalog, the power of animals, the speed, the management, we may see the resemblance between the two countries and the respective features of them.
