应用型人才培养中多元化英语教学新模式探讨

On the New Model of Diversified English Teaching for Applied Talents Training

培养符合社会需求的技术型、职业型、应用型人才是高等职业院校的主要任务。通过校内外调研,就目前社会需求,针对高职院校的英语教学现状和学生学习的特点,实施多元化英语教学模式的教学改革方案,对应用型人才培养将是有益的。

Training technical, vocational and applied talents to meet social needs is the chief task for vocational colleges. Based on the great amount of research in schools and companies, in view of social needs, learning characteristic of students and the present situation of foreign language teaching in vocational colleges, the author puts forward some effective schemes of teaching reform. Besides, in theory and practice, some suggestions are given to make a relatively profound discussion about the new model of diversified English teaching.
