The Failure of the Contact Policy——Analysis of the difficulties in Sino-Japanese relations in recent years

接触政策包括政治、军事构成要素和经济构成要素,接触政策通过这两个构成要素释放的驱动力来推动国家间关系的发展。日本自中日建交后对中国实施了接触政策,但是,由于中日两国的政治、军事关系的变化和经济力量对比发生的变化,日本对中国的接触政策的构成要素已经不复存在,接触政策失去了作用,致使中日关系陷入困境。

The contact policy includes the political,military element and the economic element,the contact policy promotes the inter-state relations through the release of driving forces of these two elements.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan,Japan has been implementing the contact policy with China.However,due to the change of Sino-Japanese political and military relations and economic power contrast,the contract policy has become ineffective because of the vanishing of the aforementioned elements.
