随着改革的深入、市场经济的发展,思想政治工作面临新的形势与任务。传统的思想政治教育模式和队伍建设没有紧跟形势发展,教育效果不佳。应转变教育观念、加强队伍建设、探讨有效途径,使构建和谐校园和谐社会与思想政治工作相辅相成,把学校的思想政治工作推向一个新的台阶。

With the deepening of reform and development of market economy,the ideological and political work encounters new situation and task.The traditional ideological and political education mode and team establishment didnt adapt to the development of situation,and the educational effect was not satisfactory.The author suggests we change education concept,strengthen team training,and search for effective ways to make the construction of harmonious campus and society interact with the ideological and political work,and to promote this work in universities to a new height.
