摘要
本文使用SWOT分析工具对民办高校就业工作进行系统评价。SWOT分析法是一种对外部环境的威胁T(Threats)、机会O(Opportunities)进行分析辨别,并估量组织内部的劣势W(Weakness)与优势S(Strengths),制定有效战略计划的方法。民办高校在选择发展战略时,应对内部的优劣势和外部环境的机会与威胁进行综合分析,并采取一定措施,以期达到更好地促进大学生就业的目的。
The article analyzes the graduates’ employment work in private colleges by SWOT methodology.SWOT analysis is a method to distinguish and identify the T(Threats)and O(Opportunities)from external environment,at the same time,to evaluate W(Weaknesses)and S(Strengths)of the interior of the organization,then to establish an effective strategy.When selecting developmental strategy,private colleges should comprehensively analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the external threats and opportunities,and take certain measure,so as to promote the graduates’ employment.
