基于加工表面小波包能量分布比例的刀具磨损状态研究

摘要 本文将计算机视觉检测(AVI)技术应用于刀具磨损的检测。通过获取工件表面图像,利用数字图像处理技术对工件表面图像进行处理。由于工件表面图像的信息主要集中在中频区域,利用小波包分解工件表面图像得到许多含有丰富中频信息的子图像,故可以从子图中提取小波包能量分布比例特征用于刀具磨损的度量。通过理论分析和实验结果,表明该方法是有效的。 This article introduces a new computer vision inspection technology, Automated Visual Inspection (AVI), which is used in tool wear inspection. The images of workpiece’s surfaces are processed by the technology of digital image processing after being captured. The main image information of workpiece’s surfaces focuses on the middle-frequency region and the wavelet packets can decompose the images of workpiece’s surfaces into many sub-images containing plenty of middle-frequency information; thereby the feature of the energy distribution ratio about the wavelet packet can be extracted and regarded as the measure of the tool wear. Comparing the theoretical analysis with the experimental results indicates that the method is effective.
