RFID技术正处于快速发展的前夜

RFID是当前IT技术的热点之一。由于它与条形码不一样,具有信息容量大、不接触检测和信息可更替重用性等特点,被广泛应用于军事和非国防的许多领域,如物流、人流和其他信息流。目前,在零售业(如WalMart)、人员、车辆安全检测等方面已取得了可喜的进展。同时RFID的产业链也已初步形成。因此在克服了实用经验不足,总成本TCO比较高等弱点后,必将在不久的将来得到大规模的应用。

IN recent year,RFID technique is one hot spot of ITs.Comparing with bar code technology,It has some quit different adventages,such as large capacity,non contact detectable and rechargable or reusable.Now,it has been used in military and non military area and it has got obvious succsess in various fields,some like retail (Walmart is a good exeample),human-detecting and vehicle current detecting. On the sametimes,the RFID product chain has been created.So I believe until people overcome its weak points (such as pratical experence not enough,TCO rather high,etc),no doubt,it wuold get mass scale progressing.
