对于处理大量格式一致,数据字段相同,但数据内容不同的文件,可以巧用word中的邮件合并功能。本文详细介绍了如何应用该功能实现成绩报告书的批量输出的方法。
Mail-merging Function of Word can be used for handling the Unanimous format、same datafield、different data content files.The method of how to realize batch output of results report using the function is present in this paper.
