摘要
本文主要介绍了超高频RFID技术在生产制造企业的实际应用经验。文章以东莞嘉财、船井工厂为例,从标签、读取器的选择,应用软件的开发等方面,详细介绍了其在应用超高频RFID技术中遇到的实际困难,分析了产生问题的原因,提出了解决问题的方法,为RFID技术在生产制造企业的应用提供参考依据。
This article mainly introduced some practical application experiences of UHF RFID technology used in the manufacturing corporation. Take Dong Guan Funai Electronic Factory and Huang-Jiang Funai Electronic Factory as an example, it presented some difficulties in using UHF RFID technology, for instance, choosing tag, reader and developing application software and so on. Then it analyzed the reasons that the problem happened and put forward some correlative means to settle the problems. It provided a good example for using UHF RFID technology in the manufacturing corporation.
