摘要
基于国家863计划RFID重大项目课题要求,通过研究RFID标签天线在多种生产环境与不同标签基材的阻抗匹配技术,获得高速卷材印刷天线的成形工艺,以及不同附着材料表面RFID标签天线生产的适用性和天线可靠性的分析方法,并保证大批量生产中的高标签成品率。
According to the request of China“863 project”in 2006,“important issue of RFID technologies and application in advanced manufacture technology”an overview of Manufacture Technology and Industrialization of the passive radio frequency identification(RFID)Tag Antenna will be presented in this paper.We discuss the ways on impedance matching between RFID Tag Antennas and various substrates under the different production envionment,to gain the manufacture technics of tag antenna screen-printing with high producing speed reel to reel and the analysis methods of the applicability and reliability for antennas on different surface of adhesive materials,to ensure the higher yield when volume-produce.
