摘要
根据国家863计划“先进制造技术领域射频识别(RFID)技术与应用重大项目”2006年度相应课题要求,本文通过讨论被动式射频识别标签,并基于一个实用的应用对象的UHF标签天线设计方案的仓库贷箱跟踪应用,研究不同电介特性、机械特性等因素对标签天线性能的影响,以及不同应用背景的标签天线结构,标签天线的等效电路模型及其模型参数的提取方法、设计要求等,归纳出一个一般的设计处理和测量技术,为RFID标签天线结构优化、快速设计提供技术支撑;以及通过研究天线的电磁场建模及快速求解算法,标签天线的校准和测试方法,提出标签天线的匹配特性和方向图测试方案,为RFID标签天线设计和大批量生产提供验证手段。
According to the request of China“863”project,in advanced manufacture technology“important issue of RFID technologies and application”,related 2006 fiscal year object,through analyses of passive RFID tag,and a practical design of tracing storage boxes,this article analyses the influence of different electronic field and mechanical characteristics etc factors to design of tag antenna,as well as tag antenna construction based on different applications,equal electronic tag circuit model of tag antenna and abstraction of model factor,design request etc.,and obtains general design progress and measurement technology.It gives a technology support for high speed design,as well as building model of antenna electric field and high speed solution method,calibration and measurement methods for tag antenna,and presents matching characters of tag antenna and a measurement solution of direction diagram,and offer meanings of certification for RFID tag antenna design and mass production.
