摘要
灌输的本义是“输送”,它是个中性的概念。德育实践中,由于对“灌输”认识的偏差,使得道德教育活动成为一种压抑人性的活动,究其原因,可从哲学、社会学、教育学、教学论等诸层面找到根据。由于德育是培育人性的活动,道德教育必须以师生之间的“心灵”交往为基础,使德育散发人性的魅力;只有这样,才能保证德育的实效。
The original meaning of inculcation is delivering, and it is a neutral concept. In practice, moral education has been a depressing activity to human nature. We can find the reason in different research. Moral education is an activity of cultivating human nature. So a kind of heart association between teacher and student is important to enhance the effect of moral education.
