摘要
教师理想的培养及其职业道德建设对建设高素质教师队伍至关重要,调查涉及全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的高校教师、中学教师、小学教师群体共计3307名,并对其理想、职业道德行为进行了分析。调研显示:1、教师群体存在着不同程度的理想缺失问题;2、教师群体的职业道德行为存在显著差异;3、教师理想及其职业道德行为之间存在着极其显著的相关,两者具有高度的一致性。
The cultivation of teachers ideal and the construction of their profession morality are very important to construct procession of teachers of high diathesis. The investigation includes 3307 teachers of universities, high schools, elementary schools from 31 provinces, municipalities, cities directly under the jurisdiction. The analysis shows that: 1. Teachers has problems of lack of ideals in different degrees; 2. The profession morality behavior of teachers has marked differences; 3.Teachers ideal has much marked correlation with their profession morality behavior, and there is a high coherence between them.
