摘要
笔者在回顾近十年来英语词汇教学改革的文献资料的基础上,针对当前仍然存在的一些词汇教学困境,根据四年的教学实验,提出了融自主学习能力发展于课堂词汇教学之中的新教学模式:在课前充分讨论词汇学习重点和学习深度的基础上,师生同台献艺,展示新词汇,共同评价词汇学习的策略及其效果,提出调整建议。这种新模式是一个开始由教师主导讲解为主逐渐向学生自主学习为主转化的长期的、有序的、渐变的过程,其中教师扮演着不可或缺的多个重要角色。根据实验,新模式根据学生自主的程度划分为初级、中级和高级三个阶段,最终目标是经过两年的课堂教学,学生得到足够的训练,达到以后完全独立地学习外语的水平。
A new vocabulary-teaching model has been put forth based on the review of the last 10 years of domestic documents in this field, and 4 years of teaching experimentation. According to the new model, both the teacher and his or her students present new words, mainly active words, in class. This process of discussion of the learning plan and a negotiation of cognitive strategies and an evaluation of learning effects. To summarize, it is a process of building the students' self-access learning abilities and preparing them for life-long learning.
