摘要
本文从调查研究、调整招生计划、招生宣传、签约工作、新生理想教育和总结招生经验六个方面阐述了华东师范大学免费师范生的招生过程和工作,并在此基础上提出了今后师范生免费教育招生方面的政策建议。
The recruiting process of East China Normal University is presented in this paper,from six aspects.,research and investigation,adjusting the recruiting plan,the recruiting propaganda, signing process,ideal education of freshmen and summary of recruiting experience ,then the policy suggestions are proposed.
