海淡水粘孢子虫学研究的现状与展望

Perspective in Myxosporean Research from Freshwater and Seawater Fishes

介绍了国内外海淡水粘孢子虫形态学、经典分类学、分子系统分类学、生活史、粘孢子虫的病害及诊断学研究的现状。讨论了粘孢子虫对寄主及寄生部位的可能选择机制、新近学者在粘孢子虫的病理方面,尤其是PKX引起的PKD等方面感兴趣的问题;同时对粘孢子虫的分子系统学的研究,及其对粘孢子虫学研究的发展和推动给予了讨论。

This review covers the present status and perspectives in myxoporean studies including basic research in myxosporean as well as the mechanism of selecting host and location and the recent interest in myxosporean pathology,especially PKD caused by PKX. In addition, phylogeny and γtaxonomy for Myxosporean by using molecular technique such as smallsubunit ribosomal DNA squence analysis have been discussed.
