浅谈高职院校师资队伍建设

The Building of the Teacher Procession in High Vocational Colleges

本文从目前高职院校师资队伍建设工作中存在四个方面的主要问题出发,探讨了解决这些问题的对策,指出了加强高职院校师资队伍建设必须重视教师师德教育,强化管理、增加投入,提高教师学历和能力水平,进一步加强专兼结合的"双师型"队伍建设,教师数量有序按比例增加。

Nowadays,there exist the problems in 4 aspects in high vocational colleges,the countermeasures against them have been discussed in this essay,and it is pointed out that the building of the teacher procession must be based on the following ways,such as strengthening the teacher’s morality,reinforcing the administration,and increasing the investment,and improving the teachers’ experience and ability.The double-rank procession building should be strengthened,and the number of the teachers should be increased propositionally.
