摘要
振动时效是对构件施加的不对称的循环应力,通过绘制Goodman图,确定了振动时效应力幅值与残余应力、屈服强度、对称循环应力下材料的疲劳极限之间的关系,为振动时效激振力的选择提供了依据。
According to the Goodman draft of stress range for unsymmetrical repeating loads, it is analyzed in this paper that principle should be observed while selecting dynamic stress for VSR of work pieces with different initial residual stresses, yield strength and fatigue limit. The scientific basis for choosing dynamical stress of VSR is provided.
