随着高职院校学生人数骤增,大量青年教师走上讲台,各系和学院督导室加大培养力度,主要从师德教育和业务能力提高两方面采取了许多措施,取得显著成效。探索青年教师培养方法,将为以后工作提供有益的借鉴。

With the sharp increase of the student population in high professional colleges,a great many young teachers have gone into class.All departements and the monitoring section have strengthened the cultivation of the young teachers,mainly from the morality teaching and professional ability,and it has proved to be effective. It will provide useful experience to explore the culitvating method for the young teachers.
