Applicanion of the E-Mail of the Electronic Government Affairs System in YRCC

在黄委电子政务建设过程中,以需求为牵引,按照电子政务对应用系统建设的要求,积极利用先进的信息技术,构建新版电子邮件系统。本次系统建设遵循急用先建、分步实施的原则,系统逐步开发完善,实现了邮件统计、检索、地址本、监控、网络硬盘等功能,促进了黄委电子政务建设。

While building the E-government affairs,according to the requisition for E-government construction of YRCC,we should fully hold the basic principle of taking user's needs as guidelines and realizing promoting application with technology.To structure the E-Mail system by adopting the advanced information technology actively,this system construction follows the principle of building firstly for the urgently needed,and that of implementing step by step.The system is developed and improved progressively,It has realized the mail's sending or receiving,statistics,retrieval,address book,monitor console,net disk etc.,and has improved the construction of Electronic Government Affairs System in YRCC.
