就如何把握住在低纬海区观测太阳特大高度定位的时机做了定量的分析。并且提出了一种新的观测太阳特大高度定位的算法子程序。
Opportunity of high-altitude observation of the sun is analysed and well defined. A new fix solution is suggested for high-altitude observation of the sun.
