摘要
核心能力是企业取得和保持长期竞争优势的源泉。越来越多的企业开始尝试开发和构建自己特有的核心能力。本文简要地阐述了核心能力的含义、特性及对企业的重要意义 ;论述了企业构建核心能力的一般思路和两种通用模式 ,即内部培育模式、外部获取模式 ;从战略和战术两个层面分别提出了几种构建核心能力的具体方式。
The core competence is the source of continuously competitive advantage of enterprises. More and more enterprises began to develop and construct their core competences. The paper discusses the connotation and features of the core competence firstly, then analyses the common procedure and two available models of constructing the core competence, whose names are the internal cultivation model and the external acquisition model. Finally, the paper puts forward several specific methods of constructing the core competence from strategy and tactics aspects.
