摘要
企业生存环境的复杂性和多变性决定了企业危机的经常性。因此 ,重视员工危机意识的培育 ,提高危机的“免疫力” ,畅通信息沟通渠道 ,建立危机“防火墙”是危机管理的关键。同时在危机处理中 ,把握公众关注点 ,讲究沟通策略 。
Complexity and changeability of enterprises' survival environment lead to enterprise's constant crisis. So, the key of crisis management is to cultivate staff's crisis consciousness, improve “immunity' to the crisis,unblock communicative channels, and set up “fire wall ' of the crisis. Upon dealing with the crisis,we should pay attention to the public focuses and the communicative strategy.Only to do so, we can dissolve the crisis effectively.
