本文通过对国内外大量企业的经验教训的总结 ,提出了企业可持续发展问题的重要性 ,并给出了企业可持续发展的定义 ;在此基础上提出了企业可持续发展条件的理论框架 ,即公司治理结构、创新、企业文化和企业家。

By summarizing a large number of experience and lessons of enterprise at home and abroad,this article proposes the importance and the definition of enterprises' sustainable development,provides the theoretical frame of enterprises' sustainable development,namely corporate governance structure, innovation, corporate culture and entrepreneur.
