试论学校德育的现状与对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of School Moral Education

在社会经济转型过程中,学校德育也随之发生了变革。传统德育已不适应变革的社会。学校及社会德育工作者认知的偏差及相应的方式方法落伍,已严重制约着学校对人才的全面培养。学校德育要全面贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想,与时俱进,不断完善德育师资队伍建设,创新德育方法,真正使我们的教育做到“三个面向”。

In the period of social economic transition, traditional moral education has not adapted to the changing society. The cognitive deviation of staff members of moral education and their backward methods as well have already restricted the overall cultivation of talents seriously. We should carry out the important thought of 'Three Represents' in an all-round way in school moral education,keep abreast with the times, perfect teaching staff construction and innovate methods of moral education constantly, to make our education accomplish “three orientations”.
