摘要
人力资本短缺是制约我国制造业发展的“瓶颈” ,实施制造业人才培养战略 。
The human capital shortage restricts the development o f manufacturing industry of our country. It is extremely urgent to implement the strategy of talent training in manufacturing industry, to cultivate high-qualit y skilled worker's team.
