摘要
针对传统巡检系统中存在的管理漏洞、程序繁杂及数据无法被有效利用的弊端 ,本文提出了一套以掌上电脑为硬件支撑、基于卫星全球定位和地理信息系统等技术的巡检系统的设计方案 ,并遵循该思路进行了系统设计。
The existing traditional power line inspecting way h as many problems, such as administerial limitation, complicated process and the data can't be reu sed effectively. This paper puts forward a new inspection system based on GIS/GP S and palm computer. Then it gives the design and implement of the system which brings satisfying results.
