摘要
推导了船舶在非定常风中的操纵运动响应方程式,并利用随机过程的线性系统理论,讨论了船舶在非定常风中航行时的舵力保向问题。
Ship manoeuvering response equation in confused wind was derived,and by means of
the theory of linear system in stochastic processes,the problem of keeping course by rud-
der force when ship sailing in confused wind was dealt with.
