石油企业多角化经营战略探析

摘要 多角化经营战略是企业发展壮大的重要策略之一,其模式大致分为主导型多角化、相关多角化与非相关多角化3种。多角化经营模式选择的合理与否直接关系到企业的运营绩效。加入 WTO 后石油企业普遍面临着如何调整经营战略、成功开展多角化经营的问题。本文在分析多角化经营战略各类模式的主要优势、效应及以资源为基础的竞争优势理论的基础上,提出了石油企业选择多角化经营战略模式所应遵循的原则和参照标准。并在分析石油企业多角化经营存在问题的基础上,提出了适应石油企业多角化经营的战略模式和应注意解决的问题。 Diversification operation is one of important strate- gies for enterprise development.There are three models of di- versification operation which are Dominant,relevant and unrel- evant diversifications.Rational choice on diversification opera- tion models is related to enterprise's operating results.After WTO entry,how to adjust operating strategy and develop di- versification operation successfully are problems of petroleum enterprises are faced with.Basing on analysis of main advan- tages and effects and cornpetitive advantage theory on resources, the principles and standards for petroleum enterprise to choose diversification operation models are presented.By analysis on some problems in diversification operatiOn in petroleum enter- prise.Strategic model which is fit in with petroleum enterprise and some main problems are presented.
