Current Situation and Countermeasures on Connected Transaction in Petroleum Enterprises

石油企业重组改制后,关联交易在股份公司与存续企业的经济活动中所占的比重非常大,对双方的生产运行都产生了重大影响。一方面,关联交易具有其优势,能提高交易双方的经济效益。另一方面,关联交易还在摸索中继续规范,难免存在一些问题。股份公司和存续企业应该在选择恰当的产业方向、构造精干高效的组织体系和提高市场竞争能力方面多下功夫,减少相互间的依赖性。这样才有利于促进双方共同繁荣和发展。

After reorganization of Petroleum enterprises,con- nected transactions occupies an important part in deals between joint-stock companies and connected enterprises.Connected transactions have affected production and iperation of these enterprises.Connected transactions have advantages and can im- prove the economic benefits.On the other hand,connected transactions are in the course of regulating,problems are in- evitably.Joint-stook companies and connected enterprises should make their effects in choosing appropriate industrial di- rection,constructing high-efficient organized system and im- proving market competitive power,which can reduce the de- pendences of each other and promote development and booming with each other.
