摘要
发展现代物流产业对四川石油管理局实现"两个转变",实施结构调整和公司制改造,积极探索市场化经营的路子,加快物流与商流、信息流的一体化进程,发展"第三方物流",追求"第三利润源",具有极其深远的意义。构建四川石油现代物流企业要根除本位主义思想,不断提高思想认识,而关键在于突破内部物流体制及机制上的障碍,引入真正的"第三方"。
Development of modern material logistics industry has profound significance for SPA to fulfill'2 Changes',carry out structure adjustment and company system reform,search ways to fulfill marketlization,accelerate the integration of mate- rial flow,information flow and commerce flow,develop'third party logistics'and seek'third profit source'.Breaking down selfish departmentalism and improving ideology unceasingly are very important for construct ion of modern material logistics enterprises in SPA.The key is breaking down barriers in interi- or logistics system or mechanism and leading the real'third party'into material logistics enterprises.
