摘要
目的对粘膜下肌瘤、肌壁间肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤三类子宫肌瘤及正常子宫肌层中rasP21蛋白的表达进行定量分析,以进一步探讨子宫肌瘤的发病机制。方法选取子宫肌瘤石蜡组织60例和7例正常子宫肌组织作对照,通过流式细胞检测方法测定rasP21的相对含量。结果 rasP21在粘膜下、肌壁间肌瘤中的表达明显高于正常子宫肌组织和浆膜下子宫肌瘤,rasP21表达在40-50岁年龄组,【5cm肌瘤组明显增高,且增生期rasP21高于分泌期。结论rasP21是子宫肌瘤的促发因素之一。
Objective: We analyzed the contents of rasP21 protein in subendometrial, midmyometrial and subserosal leiomyomas and normal myometrium to make a further investigation of the tumorogenesis mechanism. Methods: Sixty archival biopsies of uterine leiomyomas and seven normal uterine biopsies were included in the study. The relative content of rasP21protein was detected using flow cytometry . Results: The rasP21 protein levels were higher in subendometrial and midmyometrial leiomyomas than in subserosal leiomyomas and normal myometrium. The content of rasP21 protein was higher in the 40 to 50 age range,and higher in the under 5 cm leiomyomas. The level of rasP21 was higher in the proliferative phase than in the secretorial phase of the cycle. Conclusion: The findings suggest that rasP21 protein is one of the leiomyoma promotion growth factors.
