摘要
从驾驶人员的角度对避让行动中的“早大宽”进行了探讨。分析了影响“早大宽”行动的三项因素,进而根据《规则》有关条文的要求,提出对“早大宽”进行定量研究的思路。
From the view point of navigators. The meaning of the words ' In ample time, large
enough and safe distance' in the action of collision aviodance are discussed. Based on three main
