Clinical Observation on Urapidil and Dopamine in the Treatment of Acute Renal Failure

目的 观察乌拉地尔与多巴胺联合应用治疗急性肾衰的疗效。方法 71例急性肾衰患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。结果 与对照组相比较,治疗组患者的少尿期缩短,肌酐上升速度明显降低。结论 乌拉地尔与多巴胺联合应用治疗急性肾衰有效。

Objective To observe the effect of urapidil and dompamine in union in the treatment of acute renal failure. Methods 71 cases of acute renal failure are dividedinto treatment group and control group in random. Results There are very significant differences between the two groups in that the creatine increasing speed of treatment group is much decreased and significant differences in that the oligourea period of treatment group is much shorter. Conclusion Urapidil and dopamine in union in the treatment of acute renal failure are very effective.
