70例BV孕妇阴道分泌物检测结果分析

Study on the Test of Vaginal Discharge Among 70 Pregnancy Women with BV

目的 观察阴道乳酸杆菌形态菌在妊娠期细菌性阴道病(BV)中的变化。方法 对650例中晚期孕妇采用阴道分泌物涂片检测线索细胞,观察乳酸杆菌形态菌的数量,同时测pH值、阴道液质量做胺臭味实验。结果在70例BV患者阴道分泌物中找到线索细胞,并发现乳酸杆菌形态菌减少或缺失。结论 阴道分泌物中有多量线索细胞同时有乳酸杆菌形态菌减少或缺失,可提高诊断妊娠期BV的准确性。

Objective To observe the change of lactobacillus in the bacterial vaginosis among pregnancy women. Methods Clue cell,the quantity of lactobacillus,pH-value,amine odour were detected in 650 vaginal discharge collected from late pregnancy women. Results Clue cell were found in 70 vaginal discharge,and there,the quantity of lactobacillus was also low. Conclusion The high quantity of clue cell and the low quantity of lactobacillus increase the precision of BV diagnosis.
