Over the past decade, Fujian Province in Southeast China, has reported remarkable results in implementing the Law on the Protec-tion of Minors. Following is the transcription of an interview conducted recently by Human Rights magazine with Vice-Governor Wang Yifu, who also is the chairman of Fujian Provincial Committee for Juvenile Protection:
