肾移植患者PRA和sCD30的比较

目的 :分析PRA和sCD30在肾移植患者中对排斥反应的预测及诊断意义 .方法 :采用ELISA法对 87例肾移植患者在术前及术后测定了PRA和sCD30 .结果 :sCD30术前、术后均为阳性的患者 ,术后发生急性排斥反应的为 37.5 % ,致敏组人群检测结果阳性率较高 .结论 :移植前评估血清sCD30 。

AIM: To analyze the value of PRA and sCD30 in the prediction and diagnosis of the rejection in the kidney transplantation. METHODS: The PRA and sCD30 tests in the serum of 87 patients were conducted by ELISA pre and post transplantation. RESULTS: The rate of acute rejection in patients with positive sCD30 both pre and post transplantation was 37.5% and the rate of acute rejection in patients with both sCD30 positive and positive PRA was higher. CONCLUSION: The test of sCD30 in the serum pretransplantation is of some value in the prediction of rejection risks.
