对苏州市高校体育教师科研现状的调查研究

Investigation on the Condition of Science and Research on College PE Teachers

通过调查与数据统计发现 :目前高校体育教师的科研状况与教师的职务有一定的关系。即 :职称越高的教师科研的积极性越高 ,科研的质量越高 ,相反 ,助教、讲师职务的教师科研状况应有所改善。经分析这与教师本身科研能力、对科研的认知程度及目前社会对高校教师的评价体系有关。

Through investigation and number statistics,we have found that the condition of college P.E teachers’science and research is in connect with their status.Namely:the higher the teachers'status,the higher the teachers'activity of science and research.In the contrary,the teachers,who are assistants or instructors,should raise their levels of science and research.Through analysis,we have found that the levels are relevant with teachers'ability to science and research and the valuaion of the society.
