摘要
针对大学女生 80 0m耐力跑教学中存在的各种问题 ,进行了教法研究。即注意培养学生正确的学习动机 ;对耐力跑具有畏惧心理的学生 ,进行疏通和调节 ;增加教师对学生的情感投入 ;采用灵活多样的教学方法 ,以及跑后的自我测评与放松整理活动。实践证明 ,该方法取得了较好的教学效果。
The purpose of writing here is to solve various problems in teaching female students 800-meter running in colloge.Research has been done on developing students'correct motive in learning,teaching variety in running,self-measuring and evaluation after running and relaxation activity.In the period of teaching teachers are expected to show concern to students and help students overcome psychological fear of running.A good result has been got with the above teaching method and student enthusiasm and grades in running are both raised.
