摘要
针对少年中长跑运动员的特点及在训练、比赛期间容易出现的各种问题 ,就如何科学、合理地安排赛前阶段的训练进行分析 ,并就少年中长跑运动员赛前训练安排的依据、周期划分、主要训练内容、运动负荷特点及训练方法手段提出意见。仅供少年中长跑教练员训练同仁参考。
Aimed at the characteristics of the athlete and the all kinds of problems easily arouse during the training and competition,the author analyzes how to arrange the pre-competition training scientifically and reasonably and makes a suggestion according to the basis,period division,the main training content,sport load character and training method.For reference only to the coaches.
