摘要
针对高校学生对跨栏跑存在的各种心理障碍和运动能力的实际问题 ,设计一种提高跨栏跑教学方法 ,并经过教学实验 。
Aimed at all kinds of psychological barrier and the practical problem of sport ability in the hurdles of the students,the author designs a method which can improve the hurdle race.And a better teaching method has been attained through teaching experiment.
