摘要
哈体院图书馆的主要任务是为广大师生的教育和科研服务 ,因此 ,读者服务工作是我院图书馆工作的重要组成部分。读者服务充分体现了图书馆服务育人的价值 ,而图书馆的管理的基本思路是以读者为中心 ,把研究读者、方便读者和尊重读者作为工作的出发点。通过研究读者使我们的文献更新与读者的知识更新相适应 。
The main role of Harbin P.E. Institute Library is to serve for the education and science and research of teachers and students,so serving for reader is very important part of the library work,and fully shows the value of the library service.The basic idea is that the reader is the centre of the management of the library.The starting point is to study reader,respect reader and is convenient for the reader.To study reader makes the renewal of our document fit the renewal of the reader’s knowledge.Our working aim is to provide the beautiful reading environment,good service attitude and quality.
