摘要
叙述了1949年初,国民党统治区之上海航运界与华北解放区之开滦矿务总局及其所属秦皇岛港联署,积极推动国共之间进行通航、通商、通邮、通汇和人员往来的经历。如今回顾两党合作之先例,对海峡两岸尽早实现“三通”不无裨益。
This article describes the action in early 1949 of opening navigation line,trading,accessible
by postal communication and personel exchange between the Communist Party of China and
Guo Mingtang. It was promoted by the navigational cirle in Shanghai then still under the reign
of Guo Mingtang and by Kailuan Mining Bureau and Qinhuangdao Harbour Bureau in the
liberated area. The author maintains that retrospecting previous case of cooperation between
the Communist Party and Guo Mingtang will certainly be helpful in realizing early
communications across the Taiwan Strait.
