党的十六大报告明确提出要加强政治文明建设。政治文明是建设物质文明和精神文明需要,三大文明建设离不开党的领导,切实加快政治文明建设,在我国社会政治发展中具有重大意义。

The 16th Party Congress requires us to establish a socialist political civilization which is the need for building material and spiritual civilizations. Our Party must persist in its leadership over building 'three civilizations'.Therefore,it is of great significance for us to speed up the pace of building political civilization so as to promote China's social and political progress.
