银行支付结算业务中存在的问题及对策

The Problems of Bank Payable settlement and the Countermeasures

目前,在支付结算业务中存在着票据审查不严、延压退票、查询工作不够完善、汇划联行资金速度太慢等问题,需要通过加强结算人员的业务培训,加强对支付结算的监督管理,改进查询制度,加快电算化步伐来解决。

At present, in payable settlement there are many protlems such as not enough examination for bills, delay of retrun bills, not perfect inquirement, too slow capital of Mail and Transfer Coorespondent Banks. All these are supposed to be solved by more training of the settlement personnel, more supervision to payable settlement, improving inquirement system and speeding up electronic calculation.
