The economic globalization trend has urged our Party to improve its governing capacity, power politics and cultural infiltration by Western hostile forces has made the Party's ruling position face challenges, corruption has become a matter of vital importance to the Party, and terrorist, separatist and extremist forces have posed a threat to the state security. Therefore, our Party has to stand the trial in the new century.
