产学研结合是高职发展的必由之路

在科教兴国战略方针指引下,我国高等教育特别是高职教育取得了长足的进步和快速的发展。本文对此进行了回顾与总结,阐述了"发展才是硬道理"的内涵,并指出在新的历史条件下,实现高等教育的新跨越,必须与时俱进,改革创新,制定一系列改革和创新的措施。产学研结合就是一条有效发展高职教育的必由之路。本文还对下一步发展高等教育的"两个问题"、"三个规划"及高职教育如何快速、有特色、集成化发展等进行了探讨。

Under the guiding of the strategic policy of developing the country through science and education, Chinese higher education, especially higher vocational education has gained great progress. Based on summanizing, the article expounds the intension which developing is the truth,points out we should pace with age,conduct reform and innovation and lay down a series of measures to reform and innovate in order to achieve the new leaping of higher education under the new historical condition. The cooperation of P. S. R. is the investable path to develop higher vocational education . The article discusses also the 'two problems' and 'three plans ' relating to the latter development of higher education and how to develop higher vocational education rapidly, characteristically and integratedly.
