摘要
高等职业教育发展质量评价的本质是作出价值判断,目的在于行动。发展质量评价不是 为了证明发展质量,而是为了改进发展质量。基于这种评价理念,本文重点对发展条件、发展理念、发展 规模与效益、发展结构、发展特色、资源持续利用、持续发展能力等七项指标的内涵进行分析与研究。
The essence of quality assessment of the development of higher vocational education is to make judagement. The aim of it is the action. So the quality assessment is not to prove the developing quality, but is to improve developing quality. Based on this view of assessment, the article analyses and studies the intension of developing norms.
