网络环境下,高校图书管管理者及工作人员应积极转变观念、更新意识,加快图书馆网络 化和数字化建设进程,积极开展网上参考咨询服务,并加强队伍建设,使其其适应网络环境。

At the environment of network, the managers and workers in higher school libraries should change their idea, renew their sense,speed up the network and digital process of libraries,promote positivly the reference on net, strengthen the construction of working staff so as to make them adapt to the environment of network.
