摘要
由于前沿知识更新速度的加快,以及大学生群体情况的变化,大学教师需在知识结构、授课方法上做出相应的调整,以培养和形成自己独特的授课风格。本文就大学教师在教学活动中如何形成个性和风格等相关问题作一探讨。
Because of the knowledge being renewed very fast and the change of college students, college teachers should adjust their knowledgeable structure and teaching methods so as to form their own style of giving lessons. The article discusses how college teachers form their own individuality and style.
